Fayetteville, NC - (March 28, 2025) – The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office Homicide Detectives have secured a juvenile petition against Ke'won Parker, charging him with First Degree Murder in connection with the death of Brittany Marie Carmichael. Parker is also wanted for Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
Authorities are urging the public to exercise extreme caution, as Ke'won Parker is considered armed and dangerous and poses a significant threat to public safety.
Due to the severity of the charges and the potential risk to the community, a District Court Judge issued an order on March 27, 2025, allowing for the disclosure of limited information regarding this juvenile, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 7B-3103. However, due to Parker's juvenile status, the Sheriff's Office will not be releasing any further details about him at this time.
