FAYETTEVILLE, NC – The Fayetteville Area System of Transportation (FAST) has introduced new Summer Fun bus passes, tailored for Fayetteville area youth aged 18 and under. These passes aim to provide affordable and accessible transportation for young people throughout the summer months.

The special passes, valid now through August 15, offer unlimited rides on all FAST routes for a cost of just $15. This initiative is designed to support youth as they travel to jobs, visit friends, or participate in various summer activities across Fayetteville.

FAST officials hope the program will encourage greater use of the public transportation system and empower young residents to explore the city's opportunities.

Summer Fun passes can be purchased at the FAST Transit Center, located at 505 Franklin St., Fayetteville, NC 28301, or at Carlie C’s. FAST operates a fleet of 30 fixed-route buses on 18 routes. Service hours are Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:13 p.m.
