The 2nd Next Generation Business Summit will be on May 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Fayetteville Technical Community College's Horace Sisk Gymnasium. This free event, a collaboration between the Fayetteville Next Advisory Commission and FTCC, is tailored for emerging professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders seeking valuable insights into career advancement, business innovation, and economic opportunities.

2025 NEXT Summit

The summit will feature two distinct sessions. The first, "How Did You Get That Career," will offer attendees the chance to hear from professionals across various industries as they share their career journeys, the challenges they encountered, and the crucial lessons they learned. Participants can expect to gain practical advice on career growth, understanding industry trends, and developing strategies for long-term success, followed by a question-and-answer period.

The second session, the "Next Gen Entrepreneur and Innovation Panel," will explore the dynamic relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation. The panel will consist of professionals who have successfully built careers and businesses while driving significant change within their respective fields. They will share their experiences in launching and scaling businesses, navigating the complexities of the market, and adapting to its constant evolution.
