A two-vehicle collision on Cedar Creek Road has resulted in two fatalities and two critical injuries. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.

On Friday afternoon, at approximately 4:27 p.m., Fayetteville Police Department officers responded to a traffic accident in the 1400 block of Cedar Creek Road, near LA Dunham Road. The incident involved two vehicles. Two individuals were pronounced deceased at the scene. Two additional occupants sustained critical injuries and were transported to a local hospital. The identities of the deceased are being withheld pending notification of next of kin. Traffic on Cedar Creek Road is shut down in both directions of travel, and motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
