
Four Suspects Sought in Fayetteville Sexual Assault Investigation
Fayetteville, NC – The Fayetteville Police Department's Special Victims Unit is actively investigating a reported sexual assault that took place in the early hours of Saturday, July 19, 2025, near the intersection of East Orange Street and Cumberland Street. The incident was reported around 5:00 AM.
According to preliminary findings, a female victim was sexually assaulted by four unknown individuals. The victim provided descriptions of two of the suspects. One suspect is described as a tall, young male wearing a camouflage mask, black hoodie, and yellow Timberland boots. The second suspect is described as a shorter, young male with long dreadlocks.
Authorities are urging anyone with information related to this incident or any sexual assault case to come forward.
