The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office Youth Services Detectives are asking for the public's assistance in locating two missing teenagers, Jasmine Lowery, 15, and Angela Arroyo-Hart, 14. Both girls were last seen together on Friday, May 23, 2025, at approximately 3:22 p.m., in the 6900 block of Sherrill Baggett Road in Falcon, North Carolina.

Jasmine Lowery is described as an American Indian female, 5’6” tall, weighing 150 pounds, with red and brown hair and brown eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing a grey T-shirt, black hoodie, and camouflage pants.

Angela Arroyo-Hart is an African American female, 5’4” tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair in braids and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing the same clothing as Lowery: a grey T-shirt, black hoodie, and camouflage pants.

Authorities believe the two girls may be together.
